CBC Coaching moves clients toward contentment by supporting growth through executive function and ADHD challenges.

Hello!

I’m Chris Copeland, a certified ADHD educator in Birmingham, Alabama with over 20 years of teaching experience.

I have experienced firsthand the immense challenges confronting those with ADHD and executive function issues. I have worked to create inclusive environments and build on individual strengths so that all of my students find success. I also have a glimpse behind the curtain—I know how schools work and understand how educators think.

I would love to help you or your child find contentment in all the positive aspects of neurodiversity!

How Can I Help You?

Executive Function

As an ADHD certified educator, I help clients understand their diagnosis, develop strategies for success, and grow into positive mindsets about the challenges and rewards of neurodivergence.

The path to qualifying for and receiving federally mandated services for students with disabilities can be confusing and stressful. I work with families to understand the process and access services as a teammate of their school’s special education staff.

ACADEMICS

From support strategies to enrichment,
I help clients achieve their academic goals. In addition to identifying root causes of academic difficulties, I work with families to learn frameworks and develop plans for success.
